Optimize utilization of cutter
Capstone India is among the first companies in the world, which to design & establish maximum utilization of circular saw cutter size. Capstone CS60NC machine can cut dia 60mm solid metal bar with small cutter size of dia 250x2mm thick. This results in cutter stability during cutting operation & also reduces tooling cost.

Heavy duty inclined guide of the saw head ensures a perfect chipping angle & high-performance sawing with precision.

The machine is equipped with special saw blade guides positioned near tooth engagement ensuring deflection free cutting. This result in maximum cutting precision and best saw blade service life.
